| The current deck has seen better days, the paint is peeling and requires on-going maintenance. The current walkway to the front door is hidden from view and connects from the driveway. There is no path from the side walk. | ![]() |
Remove current path and deck. Create a curved stamped concrete patio that extends to make a larger entry. 22'L x 8'W New 29'L x 4'W pathway leading to the street and driveway. |
| Stacked Stone Wall | Solution | |
| A short wall around the property will replace rotting railroad ties. It will have both form and function. I want to use a lichen covered stone to give the wall an aged look, and tuck succulents in here and there. The wall will also retain the short elevation change between us and the neighbors as well as the side walk. | ![]() |
61'L x 1'W dry stack stone wall. Materials to come from High Plains Stone. |
