Hailstorm 6/24/06

Surprisingly enough, there was not too much damage, considering the high winds and dime to nickel-sized hail that came with the storm that moved quickly from the north. Many of the roses' leaves were punctured, and will need to be watched for problems later on. Leaves were everywhere, and still are. I mowed the grass afterwards to try to mulch the leaves that were left. The vege garden faired pretty well as it is shielded from the north and west.

A single rose blossom is still in tact.
